We will gladly accept unused, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date except Topical products such as The Ordinary.
NOTE: Topical products, such as The Ordinary products, are considered final sales and will not be eligible for return/exchange.
If you do decide to return (anything other than Topical items such as The Ordinary products), we’ll pay the return shipping and issue a full refund to the original payment method or give store credit within 2 to 5 days of it being received at our warehouse - no questions asked. 😊
