RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We'll help you exchange the item with a free return shipping label and the customer will pay or receive the cost difference of the item if any.
We will gladly accept unused, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date except Topical products such as The Ordinary.
NOTE: Topical products, such as The Ordinary products, are considered final sales and will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Customer will pay for the return shipping and we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method or give store credit within 2 to 5 days once the item(s) are received at our warehouse.
